Online Banking

When you enroll for Online Banking, you will have many electronic benefits at your fingertips.  You will have the capability of transferring funds between your accounts, making loan payments and simply monitoring your accounts.  You will be able to view check and deposit slip images.

Once you have signed up for online banking you will be able to enroll for e-Statements and Bill Pay.  You can also begin using the Mobile Banking App. If at any point you have trouble accessing online banking, please call 920-387-2310 for assistance.

Enrolling for Online Banking

To enroll for online banking, click on Enroll Now at the top of the page. You will need to agree to the terms of use and complete the enrollment form.  You will receive a temporary user ID and temporary password in separate mailings. Once you have received the user ID and password, you will create a user ID and password of your choosing; then you can log into Online Banking to access your accounts.


e-Statements

Are you tired of receiving a paper statement in the mail each month?  When you enroll for e-Statements, you will instead receive an email each month when your statement is ready to be viewed.  You will then log into Online Banking to retrieve your statement at your convenience. Enrolling for E-Statements

Log into Online Banking

Click on Other Services on the left side menu

Click on e-Statement Enrollment

Review the disclosure and accept the terms and conditions

You will now verify your email address

You will receive a verification code in your email

Enter this verification code on the e-Statement Enrollment page

Check the boxes next to all of your accounts

Click on Enroll

A confirmation message will display saying which accounts have been added

If you wish to change back to getting paper statements, de-select each account and click on Enroll.  This will send a notification to bookkeeping to turn your paper statements back on.

Viewing e-Statements

You will receive an email notification telling you when your statement is ready to be viewed

Log into Online Banking

Click on E-Statement on the left side menu

Under Selection you will have a drop down box that will list all of your accounts

Choose the account you want to view

Under Account Documents it will now say EStatement, click on this

It will now say DDA Rendered Statements with the date, account number and your name, click on the statement you want to view.


Bill Pay

Through Online Banking, you can access Online Bill Pay, which allows you to pay all your bills at one time, in one place!  Enrollment for bill pay is required by clicking on the Bill Pay icon within online banking. Once you have successfully enrolled, you can pay your bills without writing a check and set up automatic recurring payments. You can also receive electronic bills. Enrolling for Bill Pay

Log into Online Banking

Click on Bill Pay on the left side menu

The enrollment form will prefill most of your information. You must enter your address and phone numbers.  Make sure to verify your e-mail address.  The driver’s license info is NOT required. You can now click on Submit and you will be directed to the CheckFree Bill Pay site.

If you are a business enrolling for Bill Pay you will need to enter a part of your business name in the first and last name fields (middle initial is optional). You must also enter a date of birth.


Mobile Banking

Mayville Savings Bank’s Mobile Banking allows you to bank on the go. The mobile banking app is free to download and offers quick access for managing your bank accounts. You can check your balances, pay your bills, transfer money and more. Our mobile banking app is fast, secure and convenient. Use your current Mayville Savings Bank online banking login info to get started today. If at any point you have trouble accessing the mobile banking app, please call 920-387-2310 for assistance.

Bank By Phone    920-387-2900

You can enjoy 24-hour access to your money by using the telephone with Mayville Savings Bank’s “Bank By Phone” system.

Use your touch-tone phone to check account balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, and much more. First-time access to the system requires your account number along with the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. You will be prompted to create a four-digit PIN. If at any point you have trouble accessing bank by phone, please call 920-387-2310 for assistance.

When you call 920-387-2900 you will be given basic steps to follow:        

Press 1   For Account Information

Press 2   For Funds Transfer

Press 3   For Bank Information

Press 4   For More Options

Business ACH Origination

Are you sick of writing or printing checks for your employee’s payroll?  You can now sign up for ACH origination which allows you to deposit money electronically.
